Update: April 2021
To Our Community,
The health and safety of our clients, staff members, their families and our community are our top priority. We are diligently monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and closely watching official information from health authorities as it relates to our community. As the situation is quickly evolving, we have decided to keep our lobby closed through the end of May as we prepare the hospital for reopening.
We understand that the last year has been stressful for the entire community and that all want to return to a sense of normalcy.
We ask that our clients:
BE PATIENT as we continue to prepare for reopening
BE UNDERSTANDING as we continue to see an increase in urgent cases
BE KIND when interacting with the staff
Until reopening, appointments will continue as modified "curbside":
1. At check-in, we will take in your pet from you at the check-in station
2. History will be taken outside or over the phone (if preferred)
3. The doctor will perform the exam and come out to meet you (unless otherwise instructed)
For the safety and comfort of our staff, we kindly ask that you wear a mask when interacting with our staff.
It is essential that anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, or shortness of breath) or who has traveled internationally in the last 14 days or to an area in the United States with high incidence of COVID-19 call us to discuss your pet’s needs and your situation. We have plans in place to help ensure your pet receives the care it needs.
Thank you for your support!
