Dr. Morgan is no stranger to Irvine. A proud UC Irvine alum, Dr. Morgan received his bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, a bachelors degree in Biomedical Science, and Masters in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Morgan spent nearly ten years in the high-tech industry as an electronics engineer until a consulting project brought him into veterinary hospitals and he discovered a new passion. “The highest standard of veterinary care is based on a partnership with pet parents founded on trust and education." Dr. Morgan was awarded the Valedictorian award from St. Matthew's University and completed his clinical training at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors exploring walking trails, reading and spending time with family.

Dr. Wang joined the Quail team in the summer of 2017. Known for his wide scope of knowledge and calming bedside manner, Dr. Wang is a valued addition to the Quail Animal Hospital family. Dr. Wang spent part of his childhood in Taiwan and is fluent in Mandarin and English. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from University of California at Santa Barbara and then attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Wang completed a competitive small animal rotating internship in San Diego, acquiring extensive training in surgery, internal medicine, emergency and critical care, and cultivating his interest in radiology. Dr. Wang and his wife, who is also a veterinarian, are the proud parents of a Chihuahua named Nori. During his free time, Dr. Wang enjoys spending time with family, gardening, deep sea fishing and watching movies.

Dr. Baldock may be a familiar face to those visiting Quail Animal Hospital. She started her journey in veterinary medicine in 2015 as a veterinary assistant at Quail Animal Hospital. She gained valuable experience and knowledge during that time, which led her to pursue her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Biology at UC Irvine, she attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical year at Oregon State University. Dr. Baldock has since returned with a passion for providing exceptional care to her patients and to continue to cultivate her special interests in surgery and emergency/critical care. Outside of work, Dr. Baldock enjoys spending her free time exploring the outdoors with her two beloved dogs, Morty and Maze, spending time with family and friends and watching movies with her beloved feline friend, Mozzie.

Dr. Huang joined the Quail Animal Hospital team in the summer of 2025. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Before pursuing veterinary medicine, she built a strong scientific foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from UC San Diego and a Masters Degree in Biotechnology from UC Irvine.
Born in Taiwan and raised in Irvine, CA, Dr. Huang is fluent in both Mandarin and English and enjoys connecting with clients. She has a special interest in soft tissue surgery, shelter medicine, and preventative care. When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Huang enjoys watching movies and TV shows, spending quality time with her family and her Maltese, Nomi, and curling up with a good book

Dr. Good joined the Quail Animal Hospital team in the fall of 2025. Raised with a lifelong love for animals and science, she earned both her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After graduation, Dr. Good completed a small-animal rotating internship at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, where she received advanced training in internal medicine, neurology, emergency/critical care, and cardiology. Dr. Good’s interests include neurology and soft-tissue surgery, but she truly enjoys all aspects of general practice and values building lasting, trusting relationships with clients and their pets. Dr. Good and her husband Samuel, also a general practice veterinarian, have a five-year-old poodle named Obie, who brings lots of joy and energy into the home. Outside of work, she loves cooking, baking sourdough, and caring for her many houseplants. She also enjoys exploring the outdoors and appreciates the endless opportunities for adventure in Southern California.
